Miller Heiman Group – Strategic and Conceptual Selling
In January of 2019, Advanced Pavement Group held a strategic and conceptual selling training program in partnership with Miller Heiman Group at our annual conference. All sales leaders, salespeople, and department heads were invited to gain certification. This is a key initiative in our journey to become more customer focused. In addition, we will better understand our role and responsibilities as leading solution providers in the industry. We are committed to developing the best people and the most efficient and effective consultation process.

Blue-Collar Leadership with Mack and Ria Story
We were really glad to have had the opportunity to welcome Mack and Ria Story with Blue-Collar Leadership to the final day of our event this year. They shared some amazing concepts, told compelling and moving stories, and provided insight into some key leadership skills.
It was the perfect capstone to our time in Princeton N.J. this year and really helped bring the group together in a meaningful way before our departure.

Next Level Contractor
Early in January 2019, the team at Advanced Pavement Group shared a session with Next Level Contractor LLC. Jeff Stokes and Matt Slawson brought a vast amount of industry knowledge and growth strategies. As a result, the team was able to develop some valuable initiatives for 2019.

January 22 – January 24, 2019, Advanced Pavement Group held a winter training and strategic initiative session in Princeton N.J.
We are continuing our journey together as a top solution provider in our industry. We invited many of the leaders and change agents within the company to join in a 3-day event. The purpose was to engage in training sessions, strategy meetings, and to align with one set of goals. The time together was productive and impactful for the participants. All who attended embraced the responsibility we have to our organization and the customers we serve.
